Beautiful Evening turns at the flick of a switch 😢

So our older children paid for us to have a night away and my father paid for a meal it was brilliant. I felt so happy my husband was as much like his old self as he had been in months.

Until he looked in the mirror and then he changed Hated himself and said he wants to Hang himself!

What am I meant to do? I’m so upset that he feels so much hatred to himself 😢😢😢

Just when I thought 2018 might be a better year 😢

I’m tired I’m scared and I’m helpless
